Pre-Dance encourages free expression, while teaching basic elements of dance, including rhythm, movement quality, space, body awareness and shape.


Hip-Hop Fusion incorporates creative movement in acrobatics, karate, and gymnastics. Isolations in locking, popping, and break dancing are fused with modern and jazz movements.


Modern illustrates the unique invention of a particular choreographer. The choreographer, much like a writer, creates his/her own language to express concepts, narratives, and emotions in a very singular fashion.


Fusion Ballet emphasizes the development of classical ballet skills with a focus on proper placement and alignment.  Students will learn ballet vocabulary through barre and center floor work while building strength and flexibility.


Latin Rhythm Cardio fuses salsa, merengue, mambo, samba and tango dance styles with cardio exercises. Students can burn calories while having fun!


Cardio Boot Camp is a class that combines high intensity cardio and strength exercises for a great workout. 


Body & Mind is designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and stretching exercises. It will help to relax the body, mind and spirit.


Salsa is designed for students with little or no salsa dance experience. Through the class you will learn the basic fundamentals of SALSA dancing, such as, rhythm, salsa styling, basic footwork, and partner work. Level: Beginner
